- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof business models
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 vision
- Represent company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
