Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategies with future-proofing imperatives
- Produce white papers and trend reports published in industry-forward publications
- Advour on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in quantitative and qualitative foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in corporate strategy or consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate adaptation strategies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences across diverse industries
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research (e.g., MFTR, CFS)
