Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal disruptions affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizations navigating exponential change
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive teams to build future-ready capabilities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Integrate AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements into enterprise roadmaps
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future literacy and adaptive strategy methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating exponential trends into enterprise value
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
