Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends and disruption opportunities
- Produce executive-level reports on future market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Build and maintain relationships with leading academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, technological, and economic uncertainties
- Present findings to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology disruption
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., PESTLE analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major industry impact projects
