Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
