Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce white papers and executive briefs translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market demands
- Represent FutureWorks at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., Harvard Business Review, Wired)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with AI/ML trend forecasting and data visualization tools
