- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive market analyses
- Architect innovation pipelines with 20+ forward-looking initiatives
- Advise executive leadership on emerging tech adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Horizon Scanning preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-strategy implementations
