Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technology deployment
- Partner with academic institutions for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Produce annual 'Future State' impact reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with tech-focused organizations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of published future-tech forecasts or white papers
