Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 strategic foresight framework
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends with predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops for C-suite executives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Collaborate with R&D to align future-proof initiatives with market predictions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior analysts in futurist methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
