Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026's landscape
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-vision initiatives
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and scenario-planning documents
- Advise C-suite on innovation investments and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism summits and tech forums
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning abilities
- Strong data literacy with experience in trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation domains
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic pivots
