- Build predictive models using machine learning to forecast market shifts and competitive threats
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces positioning Innovatech as a 2026 innovation pioneer
- Manage a $5M R&D budget for pilot programs in next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical curiosity within the innovation division
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, tech consulting, or venture capital with 2026+ horizon projects
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
