- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions and business models
- Author executive-level trend briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Spearboard strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present findings to investors, boards, and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of published trend analysis and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
