Responsibilities

- Design strategic frameworks for organizations to adopt and scale disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and tech disruptions
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and executive presentations
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Portfolio showcasing future-strategy projects or thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
