Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for stakeholders
- Advose on R&D prioritization and future-proofing initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with futurist networks and academic institutions
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or prominent platforms
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
