Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and innovation portfolio effectiveness
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
