Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging sectors including quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into commercial roadmaps
- Present executive-level briefings on future scenarios and risk/opportunity analysis
- Build cross-functional partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on technology ethics and sustainable futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry platforms
