Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological disruptions, and sociocultural trends through 2026 lens
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation pathways
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports with actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational culture shift toward anticipatory leadership and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-strategy initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or innovation methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ trend analysis and strategic impact
