Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and societal shifts to map 2026 opportunity landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile future environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic briefings for executive decision-making
- Identify and nurture partnerships with cutting-edge research institutions and startups
- Design prototype solutions for future challenges in sustainability, healthcare, and digital infrastructure
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects or publications
