- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions addressing humanity's grand challenges
- Present future scenario analyses to executive leadership and external stakeholders

- Maintain competitive intelligence through global trend networks and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or social impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical and strategic concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented analyses or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
