Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global tech trends for 2026+ horizon, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future scenarios and innovation pipelines
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Identify and mitigate disruptive risks through scenario planning
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-ready principles into organizational strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps and scenario planning
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects or published research
