Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping disruptive technologies to market opportunities
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using quantum computing and AI
- Establish industry-wide thought leadership through keynotes and whitepapers
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio for 2026 commercialization pipeline
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published author on exponential technologies or cultural shifts
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Track record of commercializing future-focused innovations
- Fluency in at least two major languages (English required)
