Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (2025-2030) to identify disruptive trends in biotech, AI governance, and decentralized systems
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile future landscapes
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for 2026's grand challenges

Qualifications
