Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce predictive intelligence reports with 95%+ accuracy benchmarks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present foresight findings at global innovation summits
- Advise C-suite executives on 5-year strategic pivots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least 2 exponential tech domains
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work scenarios
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
