- Develop strategic frameworks that translate future insights into executable business roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into R&D pipelines and innovation cycles
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities across global markets
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement future-proof operational models
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, speaking engagements, and industry reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and roadmapping methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on transformational initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management
