Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends to forecast 2026's disruptive innovations
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise functions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Drive innovation culture through internal futurism training programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFP) preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
