Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
