Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks that translate future trends into actionable business roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Produce executive-level reports and presentations on future scenarios and disruption risks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to maintain foresight leadership
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technology architectures
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
