Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy, aligning emerging technologies with market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including neural interfaces and autonomous ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces across 15+ emerging domains
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and boards to drive investment decisions
- Oversee ethical frameworks for exponential technologies ensuring responsible development and deployment
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-oriented technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech verticals (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent methodology training
- Experience working with global innovation ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementation projects
