Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or blockchain infrastructure
- Published thought leadership on future-tech trends (patents, whitepapers, or conference keynotes)
- Track record of scaling prototypes to enterprise-level deployments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Foresight
