Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for 2026 industry shifts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for C-suite stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with 10-year future-state visions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing future-proof business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
