Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and disruptive forces through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and adjust strategies based on emerging signals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum, biotech, Web3, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects or publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC) strongly preferred
