Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in AI trend modeling tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable impact
- Security clearance for national security futures projects (preferred)
