Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and market disruptors
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop predictive models for societal, economic, and technological evolution through 2030
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for future uncertainties
- Establish innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented in enterprise environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy or equivalent) preferred
