Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociological trends to forecast 2026's disruptive forces
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact white papers and predictive models for industry stakeholders
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing, AI, and biotech pioneers
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies (neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Design organizational agility protocols for rapid adaptation to paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in AI-powered foresight tools (e.g., Palantir, TrendWatching)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on exponential change
