Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Foresight Framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market opportunities
- Produce annual Future State Reports with strategic recommendations for R&D investment and product development
- Partner with Product Leadership to integrate future insights into 5-year roadmaps and quarterly OKRs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for trend validation
- Represent the company at premier future-tech conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, climate tech, space economy)
- Exceptional scenario modeling and trend analysis capabilities with data-driven storytelling skills
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting complex concepts to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or technology roadmaps
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
