Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce quarterly trend reports identifying market inflection points and disruptive opportunities
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and media engagements
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts to accelerate organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) required
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic shifts
