- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute future-focused initiatives
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Quantify long-term opportunities and risks through data modeling
- Drive organizational culture adaptation to future-ready methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience with trend forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
