- Develop proprietary scenario-planning frameworks for volatile global markets
- Deliver executive-level briefings on emerging disruptions and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Publish thought leadership reports that influence C-suite decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven futurist track record
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Fluency in at least one major emerging technology domain (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
