Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for industry leaders
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Build and lead a global futurist network
- Advocate for sustainable innovation in policy forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or climate tech
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V)
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable strategy
- Certification in Futures Design or equivalent
- Portfolio of 3+ industry disruption case studies
