Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the company's 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Architect scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Present strategic briefings to the board and C-suite on emerging paradigm shifts and competitive threats
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, thought leadership, and cross-functional R&D partnerships
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic M&A opportunities in nascent sectors
- Translate complex futures research into actionable product development and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis methodologies, and futures research frameworks
