Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast post-2026 market shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for emerging disruptive technologies
- Advise C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational structures and capabilities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Monitor and report on regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, whitepapers)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformation strategies
