Responsibilities
- Forecast global trends across technology, climate, and socio-economic landscapes through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for client organizations to navigate future disruptions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to build organizational resilience
- Produce high-impact research reports and thought leadership content
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advise executive stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
