- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for C-suite executives and board members
- Identify partnership opportunities with innovation labs and academic institutions
- Design prototyping initiatives for next-gen products and services
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation consulting, or strategic planning
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging technologies
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping processes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
