Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence and societal shifts post-2025

- Author white papers and thought leadership on ethical AI governance and human augmentation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify breakthrough investment opportunities
- Monitor global policy frameworks and geopolitical trends affecting technological adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term impact of futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record developing scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism or technology journals
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills
