Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
