- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging disruptions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future work models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future challenges
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading high-stakes stakeholder communications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategy implementations
