As a key member of our Future Insights division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to develop actionable roadmaps for the rapidly evolving technological landscape. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise transformation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Design innovation pipelines integrating exponential technologies into client business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for cutting-edge insights
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in global markets
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
