Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design scenario-based roadmaps for disruptive technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state capabilities
- Produce executive briefings and white papers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness assessment
- Manage a portfolio of experimental initiatives with exponential growth potential
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, bio, AI, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent professional designation
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
