As part of our elite Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll leverage data-driven methodologies, scenario planning, and cross-disciplinary insights to develop actionable frameworks that position our organization at the forefront of progress.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and prioritize emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation vectors
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions on long-term vision and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for industry conferences and publications
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 transformation milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: AGI, climate tech, neurotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks for 2020-2025
