Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for 2026+ market positioning and innovation roadmaps
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their industry implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast future consumer behaviors and market shifts
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for futuristic concepts
- Produce annual 'Future Outlook' reports for leadership teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills (Python/Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with SaaS or high-growth startup environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
